Applicant work comp firm looking for a full time hearing rep or licensed attorney. This is primarily a remote position. You can work from home, unless required to be in person for trials (rare). Our entire staff works remotely.

- Remote position:**
- Experience:**
- Must have WCAB Full trial experience.
- Must have completed trials.
- Must have at least 1-2 years of work comp experience at WCAB board. Preferred you have at least 2 years of WCAB experience.
- Preferences**:
- Prior remote work experience preferred.
- Qualities:**
- Must enjoy working with and care about injured workers
- Must be dependable and relatable
- Must be good with clients
- Must be a self starter and take initiative
- Job Duties**
- Cover WCAB hearings (remote)
- Conduct client phone appointments
- Prepare PTCS and exhibits for trial
- Negotiate and settle cases in and out of court/depositions
