- Starting salary: $1,200 USD/month
- After 3 months: You’ll receive a $50 monthly Wellness Bonus to support a healthy and balanced work life (total: $1,175/month).
- After 1 year: Salary increases to $1,300 USD/month
- After 2 years: Salary increases to $1,350 USD/month
- Annual Adjustments: Each year, you’ll receive a raise along with company-wide compensation adjustments as we continue to grow together.

Job Description
The ideal candidate will assist with a variety of common marketing tasks necessary to keep your client’s business running smoothly. While your duties will depend on the specific needs of your client, they will include, but not be limited to:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Manage social media platforms and engage with followers
- Create and schedule content for blog posts, emails, and social media
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing roles
- Proficient writing in English (including top grammar skills)
- Expertise with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Gmail
- Appropriate work-from-home environment
Technical Requirements
- Processor: Intel 11th Gen (or equivalent AMD Ryzen 5000 series) for Windows users and M2 for Macs
- RAM: 16 GB minimum
- 25 - 50 Mbps Internet Speed (Min)
