Work with Willow is working with a thriving private practice in Sarasota, St. Pete, and Tampa is looking for fully licensed therapists who want to actually do the work they love — seeing clients and making an impact — without the constant grind.

What we’re looking for:

Licensed in Florida: LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PhD, or PsyD

At least 2 years of experience

Ready to take on a full-time caseload of ~20 clients/week (more if you want)

Team-oriented but independent — you’ll have autonomy with support behind you
This is an independent contractor 1099 role (full-time). You set your hours, we fill your schedule.
