Licensed Private Practice Therapist | $75–$125/hour
Work with Willow is working with a thriving family owned private practice in St. Pete, Tampa, and Sarasota looking for fully licensed therapists who want to actually do the work they love by seeing clients and making an impact without the constant grind of managing multiple platforms.
- Steady caseload - we handle the marketing referrals so you don’t have to hustle for clients

What we’re looking for:
Licensed in Florida: LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PhD, or PsyD
At least 2 years of experience
Ready to take on a full-time caseload of ~20 clients/week (more if you want)
Team-oriented but independent — you’ll have autonomy with support behind you
This is an independent contractor 1099 role (full-time). You set your hours, we fill your schedule.
