Qualifications- Active LPN or RN license in CO
- 3 years of experience in senior living, assisted living, memory care, or long-term care
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience supervising and training care staff
- Knowledge of resident assessments, care planning, and medication systems preferred
- Oversee resident care and wellness operations
- Supervise and support caregiving and nursing staff
- Coordinate care plans and resident assessments
- Maintain compliance with state regulations and company policies
- Support hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management
- Partner with families and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care
$85,000-$90,000 per year
