This position will be primarily responsible for contract administration and business analytics related to
WSC’s federal, state, and commercial service or product contracts.
- Prepare and negotiate pricing for bids and proposals
- Oversee contracts amendments, renewals, and terminations from draft to execution
- Prepare, analyze, and track key metrics to support decision-making, present data-driven
- Review contracts for compliance with laws and regulations. Identify contractual risks and
- Maintain recordkeeping systems according to data storage laws, policies, and guidelines
- Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on contract compliance
- Conduct studies and prepare relevant contract operations documentation
- Recommend and implement process innovations to support WSC’s mission
- Procurement and subcontractor selection
- Business Analytics
- Drafting, proofing, and processing contracts, subcontracts, and modifications
- Pricing, requests for proposals, procurement, and cost analysis
- Project/contract lifecycle management, organization and contract administration
- Collaboration with operational management, leaders and customers, serving as liaison

Non-Exempt
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, accounting, or related field
- One to Two (1-2) years' experience in contract administration and/or
- One to Two (1-2) years' experience in project estimation, procurement and/or management
- Master's degree in business, management, or related field
- Professional certification in Contracting (CCCM, CPCM, CTCM, CFCM)
- Facilities Management or work trades (construction, mechanical, electrical, or civil)
- State contract administration and negotiations (Texas State Use Program)
- Business Analytics
- Project Management
- Procurement and/or subcontract management
Expected Hours of Work
Work schedule is generally 40 hours per week. General business hours are 8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday
through Friday. Occasional after-hours and weekend support might be required.
Travel
Occasional out of area travel and overnight may be required. Locations are throughout the State of Texas
and Oklahoma.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. Primary work location is an open cubicle space.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as hardware, software, telephone, and multi functional devices. This position may also work in field locations.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Physical Demands
This position is largely a sedentary role. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly
required to talk or hear. The position also requires the ability to frequently stand, walk, and sit for
extended periods of time.
