Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in Riverside, CA. The specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities. Additionally, the role includes assisting with employer branding initiatives and building strong relationships with both candidates and internal teams to ensure successful talent acquisition strategies are implemented.
Qualifications
- Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding employees
- Proficiency in Hiring practices and expertise in Interviewing techniques
- Understanding of Employer Branding and its role in attracting top talent
- Strong skills in Recruiting strategies and maintaining candidate pipelines
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively on-site and in a collaborative team environment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is preferred
Compensation Plan:
Base pay Commission and Bonuses $70- 80K per year
Full benefits Package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Plan
