Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Position Summary
The BCBA will be responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising clinical staff, and collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective implementation of ABA services. The ideal candidate is passionate about improving lives through evidence-based interventions and clinical excellence. BCBAs typically conduct assessments, create behavior intervention plans, analyze data, and supervise behavior technicians as part of their core responsibilities.
Responsibilities

- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and other behavioral evaluations.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Analyze client progress data and make treatment recommendations.
- Supervise and mentor staff in behavioral strategies and best practices.
- Collaborate with families, staff, healthcare providers, and community partners.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company, insurance, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development.
- Ensure fidelity of behavioral interventions across classrooms.
- Mentor and encourage entry-level staff pursuing careers in behavioral health.
- Participate in student planning and educational programming.
- Maintain a safe, positive and welcoming environment for students and staff.
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification in good standing.
- Experience developing, implementing and monitoring behavior analytic programs for individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavioral, Special Education, Human Development or a related field.
- Experience working with individuals with server interfering behaviors.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Schedule
- 205-Day position consisting of 185 school days, 15 Extended School Year days and 5 additional days for program development and collaboration with the Director of Educational Programs & Program Manager.
- Monday-Friday, 7:30AM-3:30PM
