Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills, including the ability to engage with members professionally and courteously
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic Computer Literacy, including the ability to use relevant scheduling and management software
- Organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in a customer-facing or administrative role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
