NOW HIRING - Customer Service Representative
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the full order lifecycle, including order entry, tracking, and maintaining records in the ERP system
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, timelines, and product information
- Coordinate with production and shipping to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time
- Resolve discrepancies related to pricing, quantities, or specifications
- Prepare customer correspondence and reports using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements
- Provide backup support for customer service and front office operations as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree is a plus)
- Customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Manufacturing or industrial experience is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with sales, production, and shipping teams
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and ERP systems is preferred
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
