Boston Medical Group Telemedicine specializes in the treatment of Erectile Dysfunction for Men and provides Medical Weight Loss Programs for both men and women. We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individuals who possess a good command of communication skills, to help expand our call center in support of our Telemedicine platform.
Positions available are for Phone Counselors/Sales Agents/Customer Support to provide education and closing sales of various medical programs. Training will be provided.
Essential duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound phone calls and texting
- Provide treatment information, placing customer orders, process payment and scheduling appointments
Qualifications:
- General computer skills and the ability to multi-task
- Good communication skills is essential
- Proficient in Microsoft office and general computer skills
- Proficient sales and customer support
- Experience in healthcare industry helpful but not required.
Further: We also have positions for Treatment Coordinators who prepare the patients chart and select treatment programs to submit to doctors for approval. Candidates must have some medical education/experience. Suitable candidates are Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, Foreign Doctors or retired doctors
