Job Duties & Responsibilities
Education
Associate's degree (or higher) in Risk Management, Business Administration, Insurance, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
Experience
3 years of experience in risk management, compliance, vendor management, procurement, or related field.
Skills
CIRS certification preferred
Work Environment
Exposure may include standard office conditions, computer use, and interaction with internal teams and external vendors.
Travel required: Minimal
Typical work hours/shifts: Standard business hours with occasional extended hours during audits, renewals, or project deadlines

- Perform daily tasks related to risk management processes, compliance tracking, and vendor coordination.
- Operate and maintain risk tracking systems, vendor databases, and documentation tools to ensure accuracy and audit readiness.
- Follow all safety procedures, regulatory requirements, and internal risk management policies and standards.
- Support team operations across risk management, claims administration, insurance renewals, and vendor oversight activities.
- Assist with key tasks including risk documentation, data analysis, claims tracking, compliance reporting, vendor onboarding, contract review support, and audit preparation.
