The Residential Support Specialist delivers various project management and implementation support for the Residential division.
- Lead ECP to ensure proper implementation and usage of all ECP functions across Residential facilities, to include future enhancements.
- Support and sustain various Residential programs and processes.
- Ensure new employees and Leaders feel welcome, establish timely ECP training, orienting them in the system and familiarizing them with the Clarity Care.
- Assist in the development of designated program content.
- Analyze data to find the root cause of a problem or defect. Use the analysis to direct the course of the project to get the desired outcomes.
- Stays current through monitoring and maintaining compliance with all Managed Care, County, State and Federal Home Care and residential laws and regulations to ensure proper licensures and reimbursements.
- Collect necessary data and prepare reports on each step in the project process.
- Bachelors Degree required
- Knowledge of Managed Care, AFH and CBRF, Medicare and Medicaid laws and regulations preferred.
- Occasional travel throughout Northeastern and Central Wisconsin.
- Posses computer skills to include but not limited to, Microsoft Suite Package, ECP for electronic charting, etc.
- Must possess a valid WI driver’s license, and ability to meet agency driving standards. Must provide proof of auto insurance.
- Must pass a periodic WI Caregiver Background Checks including Department of Justice Criminal Record Checks, and/or that of previous states of residence.
