Janesville, WI. Job Summary: The Plant Team Member in our Landscaping &
Masonry Division plays a vital role in supporting efficient
manufacturing, production operations, and plant maintenance for concrete
landscaping and masonry products. This hands-on position is responsible
for assisting with production processes, material handling, equipment
preparation, and quality control to meet inventory and project-specific
production goals. Team Members help maintain smooth workflow by adapting
to daily production changes, supporting crews, and ensuring equipment
and materials are ready for use. This role is ideal for individuals
seeking entry-level manufacturing, plant worker, or production associate
opportunities in a fast-paced industrial environment. Job Duties &
Responsibilities: Inspect finished products to ensure quality control
standards and identify defects Assist with preparing, assembling, and
placing packaging materials Use hand tools for basic mechanical
maintenance and plant housekeeping Operate forklifts (once trained) to
move materials and inventory within the plant Clean and maintain
production equipment, molds, and work areas Sweep, shovel, and maintain
assigned plant and production areas Move and organize empty pallets and
materials as needed Participate in shift huddles, production updates,
and safety meetings Follow all workplace safety procedures and PPE
requirements Bend and lift scrap material into hoppers for proper
disposal Support daily manufacturing and production goals with
