Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervises and coordinates the daily activities of production workers and equipment operators, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Monitors work schedules, allocating labor resources effectively, and ensuring that production goals are met without compromising quality.
- Enforce safety regulations and best practices alongside company policies; this is a critical duty. Regularly inspects equipment, machinery, and tools.
- Trains new hires and existing staff on operational procedures and safety protocols, fostering a skilled and cohesive team.
- Investigates and resolves production issues, including workflow bottlenecks.
- Effectively communicates production status and equipment integrity to management.
- Assists or fills in for the production team as needed, tasks may be as follows:
- Performs general manual labor tasks, including cleaning, shoveling, loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials
- Strong leadership capabilities are necessary to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.

- Indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
