We are seeking an End Dump Driver for County Materials in Antigo WI
About The Position
- Competitive hourly pay
- Drive Quad Axle Dump Truck hauling both intercompany and to work sites daily.
- Home every night.

- Training in Dump Truck procedures is available.
- Demonstrate customer service while interfacing with clients.
- Perform daily preventative maintenance, cleanliness, and good operating condition for assigned truck.
- Perform pre-trip, post-trip, and in route inspections on all equipment, including securement devices.
- Confirm cargo and delivery destination, and all delivery tickets are signed and returned to plant.
- Ensure accurate placement of cargo.
- Transport product while ensuring compliance with DOT regulations and establishing routes.
- Perform duties consistent with all safety policies, including utilizing proper PPE.
- Unload transported material utilizing approved methods.
- Use consistent communicate with dispatcher.
- Maintain customer relations by acting in a professional, courteous manner.
- Working in outdoor weather conditions.
- Work near moving machinery and equipment.
- Work alongside moving traffic on roads.
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders, reach squat.
- Frequent Sitting.
- Standing / Walking / Climbing.
- Squatting / Crouching / Kneeling / Bending.
- Pushing / Pulling / Reaching Above Shoulder.
- Must hold a valid Class B or A CDL prior to hire.
- Maintain an active DOT qualification.
- Minimum 2 years prior driving experience required.
- Ability to perform well in a "Team" environment.
- Self-motivator and must be flexible to accommodate the client's needs.
- Prior end loader experience, a plus, not required; will train in end loader operations.
