The Worcester Red Sox are recruiting a talented, hard-working, and motivated individual to be a seasonal Broadcast Producer for our television broadcasts on NESN & NESN
Role And Responsibilities
- Produce a number of Worcester Red Sox games that are shown on NESN and NESN
- Create rundowns and read sheets for the broadcast team and on-air broadcasters
- Work with the on-air broadcasters, sideline reporter, broadcast director and Director of WooSox productions to execute a top-notch show, fulfilling all the content on the rundown while making spur-of-the-moment decisions as needed.
- Research specific story lines about the team or community to be shown during the broadcast
- Communicate with graphics operators, replay operators and others on the broadcast bench throughout the whole game/event to produce a cohesive show that flows and tells a story.
- Other duties as assigned
- Multiple years of producing baseball games for television/online streams
- Worked with a multi-camera (5 ) set up, insert graphics, and 2-channel replays
- Experience with Ross Control Switchers, Ross Xpression, Evertz Dreamcatcher, Audio consoles
- Familiarity with Polar Park and the WooSox organization
- Research-minded and idea-based thinker
- Ability to take direction and perform tasks independently and efficiently while working cohesively on a team.
- Be proactive and maintain positive working relationships with staff and productions crew.

- Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance
- Ability to work non-traditional hours (nights, weekends, holidays) based on event schedule
