Work collaboratively with the Family Services Coordinator and other Head Start coordinators to promote Family Engagement in all aspects of the programWork collaboratively with Head Start administration and center coordinators to promote, plan, and support all center/program activities Work cooperatively with program staff to coordinate and attend Parent CafesPrepare all parent sign-in sheets for all events. Complete the activity descriptions and collaborate with the Pedagogista to explain how each activity or event supports school readiness for children and their familiesAttend bi-monthly center attendance meetings and share the documents with the Family Services CoordinatorEnter family attendance for family engagement activities into the ChildPlus, and send copies of the sign-in sheets to the Family Services CoordinatorCheck in with center staff daily regarding unexpected absences and collaborate with the Family Services Specialist to follow up with familiesCollaborate with the Family Services Specialist to support families of children with chronic absenteeismEncourage parents and families to participate in the Family Interest Survey to provide feedback and ideas for school- and family-engagement events.
