Worcester Eisenbrandt (WEI), a historic restoration construction company, is seeking experienced Caulker to work throughout the Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) metropolitan area.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform caulking, joint sealing, and tuckpointing in a commercial setting.
- Demonstrate extensive experience using a caulking gun and basic hand tools.
- Work safely and confidently on scaffolding.
- Identify and work with various sizes and types of backer rods.
- Understand the differences between bulk, sausage, and tube products, and the application of 2-part sealants.
- Apply skills in masonry, commercial carpentry, drywall, and brick painting.
- Perform a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor on construction sites.
- Accurately judge straight lines, spacing, and proportions.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to climb and maintain balance on ladders and scaffolding.
- Use hands and arms to reach, handle, and manipulate tools and materials.
- Maintain good visual acuity, with or without corrective lenses.
- Lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs., with the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. when required.
