Job Overview
Wor-Wic Community College is accepting applications for a global education coordinator to work with various internal and external stakeholders to establish, institutionalize and sustain global education at Wor-Wic Community College by developing and maintaining the college’s global education program, building relationships, promoting the program and building interest among students and faculty in study abroad opportunities. This position works Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 9am - 2pm with some evenings and weekends required.
Requirements
Requirements include a bachelor’s degree; two years of experience in global education, international program coordination or other relevant experience; strong intercultural communication and organizational skills; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; ability to manage multiple projects; passion for global learning and equity in education; collaborative mindset with a commitment to inclusive practices; flexibility and adaptability in cross-cultural settings; and a valid driver’s license. Preference will be given to candidates with experience with virtual exchange platforms, international travel logistics, and/or global curriculum development.
An associate degree plus two additional years of relevant experience OR four additional years of relevant experience with no degree can be substituted for the education requirement.

This is a part-time position with no benefits. The starting pay will likely range from $30.87 to $37.87 per hour, based on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience.
