About the Role
Wooltari is seeking a growth-oriented e-commerce professional to scale our brand presence across major US marketplaces.
To achieve our H2 2026 growth targets, we are expanding beyond our core Shopify D2C store to capture additional volume through external marketplaces. As the Online Sales Manager, you will be the founding member of our newly established Marketplace unit, taking full ownership of channel sales, advertising, and operations.
This role begins as a dedicated specialist focused entirely on the marketplace sector, with high potential for broader strategic expansion in the future.
Key Responsibilities
1. US Marketplace Channel Operation (Primary Focus)
- Drive and manage sales on major US B2C and vertical platforms, including TikTok Shop, Weee!, and Amazon.
- Establish and achieve channel-specific sales targets, manage product listings, and optimize advertising spend to maximize revenue and profitability.
2. Shopify E-commerce Support
- Support and manage the Shopify-based brand store.
- Utilize e-commerce third-party applications (such as Klaviyo, Yotpo, and key data metric tools) to optimize the store experience.
Qualifications
- Language: Full professional fluency in both English and Korean is required.
- Experience: Proven track record in e-commerce sales, platform management, or digital marketing.
- Expertise: Solid understanding of US marketplace algorithms, ad platforms, and operational logistics.
Who We Are Looking For
- You are a Builder, not just a Manager: You will be a team of one initially, launching and owning new channels from scratch. You should be comfortable handling everything from high-level channel strategy to day-to-day listing optimization and troubleshooting.
- You understand the US Marketplace Ecosystem intimately: You know how to game the algorithms on TikTok Shop, how to run native ads on Amazon, and how to optimize listings on cultural/vertical platforms like Weee!.
- You are Sales & ROI Driven: You don't just measure success by impressions or clicks; you measure success by GMV, conversion rates, and ROAS.
- You bridge two cultures smoothly: You can communicate seamlessly with cross-functional teams in both English and Korean, understanding the nuances of a Korean-heritage brand while aggressively executing in the mainstream US market.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as an E-commerce Team Lead or Manager for a consumer brand.
- Experience as a Marketing or Sales Manager at major platforms such as Amazon, Weee!, Olive Young, Market Kurly, or Musinsa.
- Strong proficiency in Shopify setup and online marketing.
