Key duties
* Analyze operations data using Power BI & Hex
* Forecast & plan inbound/outbound shipments (US & Korea)
* Coordinate 3PL vendors and daily logistics
* Manage customs clearance and FDA hold issues
* Drive process improvement and automation
Requirements
* Bilingual in Korean and English (required)
* Experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain
* Familiarity with data tools (Power BI, Hex, or similar)
* Must be legally authorized to work in the US — no sponsorship available
