We are excited to launch our brand-new Rogers location and are looking for passionate groomers to join us early and grow with the store.

What You’ll Do
- Provide full-service grooming (bathing, haircuts, nail trims, ear cleaning, styling)
- Perform breed-specific cuts with precision and care
- Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of every pet
- Communicate effectively with pet parents on grooming needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized grooming station
- Identify and report any skin, coat, or health concerns
- Build relationships to encourage repeat clients and referrals

What We’re Looking For
- 2 year grooming experience (salon or mobile preferred)
- Ability to groom all breeds, sizes, and coat types
- Strong animal handling and safety awareness
- Detail-oriented with pride in your work
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable, positive, and team-oriented
- Certification is a plus, but skill and consistency matter most
Pay
$60,000 – $75,000 per year (Commission Tips)
- Commission: 50%
- Tips: 100%
