Job Title: Warehouse Foreman / Shipping Operations Lead (ShipStation Experience Preferred)
Are you experienced in warehouse shipping and fulfillment? Do you have hands-on experience with ShipStation or similar shipping platforms? We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Foreman to lead our daily shipping operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily picking, packing, and shipping operations
- Manage orders using ShipStation or similar shipping software
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all shipments
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, scanners, wrapping tools)
- Monitor workflow and improve processes where needed
- Maintain organized inventory and workspace
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals
Requirements:
- Experience with ShipStation or similar shipping/fulfillment software
- Warehouse or e-commerce fulfillment experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- English proficiency required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Forklift experience
- Driver’s License (preferred)
Job Details:
- Full-time position
- Location: Doral, FL (in person)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8–10 hour shifts
- Must be able to commute or relocate before starting
