Overview
Woody’s Furniture is a solid wood home furniture store (no particle board or veneers). We pride ourselves on our Quality and Customer Service. We carry Amish and American-made furniture. Most styles can be customized by color and/or dimensions. We do not refurbish, finish or make anything on site; it is all special ordered through select builders.
We are seeking a motivated and personable Furniture Sales Associate with a passion for quality craftsmanship and customer service. In this role, you will guide customers through the buying process, educate them on the benefits of solid wood furniture, and help them select pieces that suit their style, space, and needs.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of solid wood furniture, including durability, construction methods, and care
- Maintain a strong knowledge of all products, promotions, and customization options
- Drive sales by building relationships and delivering an exceptional in-store experience
- Assist with showroom organization, merchandising, and maintaining visual standards
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
Requirements
- Previous retail or sales experience (furniture or home goods preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for craftsmanship, design, and high-quality materials
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
