What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Greet every customer like they’re family—because they are!
✅ Match customers with the perfect vehicle that fits their needs and budget.
✅ Explain our lease terms, payment options, and awesome warranty coverage.
✅ Conduct test drives and show off our vehicles like a pro.
✅ Work closely with our BDC team to turn appointments into sales.
✅ Collaborate with underwriting to get deals done fast and smoothly.
✅ Follow up with customers (because relationships matter).
✅ Stay on top of promotions, products, and sales goals—and crush them!
What We’re Looking For:
A go-getter with a proven track record in auto sales or a similar sales-driven role.
Experience using a CRM like Magiloop, Salesforce, or NEO.
Strong negotiation skills (because closing deals is an art).
Excellent communication and people skills.
Top-notch organization and time management.
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Knowledge of LHPH or automotive financing? Even better!
