Guest & Public Area Support
- Assist the Mobile Service team by keeping the lobby, conference room, and other public-facing areas neat, clean, and well-stocked.
- Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and direct them to the appropriate service personnel.
- Help ensure a positive first impression for fleet customers through facility readiness and customer awareness.
- Drive and stage vehicles between the service lane, Ford Pro shop, and parking areas as needed.
- Prepare arriving vehicles for service by following established shop intake and workflow processes.
- Retrieve completed vehicles and deliver them back to the service lane or directly to fleet guests when required.
- Ensure vehicle staging areas remain organized and accessible for daily shop operations.
- Confirm vehicles are clean and ready before returning them to fleet guests.
- Verify with Service Advisors whether vehicles require washing prior to delivery.
- Drive qualified vehicles through the dealership car wash as needed, including:
- Ensure vehicles are presented professionally and in accordance with Ford Pro Elite standards
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Ability to safely drive large vehicles, including motor homes and box trucks, required
- Ability to drive vehicles with both manual and automatic transmissions, required
- B class Commercial Driver's License not required, but preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules and some Saturdays
- Positive, can-do attitude with an eagerness to help others
- Neat and professional appearance
- Ability to lift heavy objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation to and from work every day
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and subsequent random drug screens
