Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Builder to join our team, responsible for constructing and assembling various structures and fixtures. Responsibilities
- Construct and assemble structures using hand tools and power tools in accordance with project specifications.
- Execute trim carpentry tasks, including the installation of moldings, door frames, and cabinetry.
- Operate Panel saw and CNC machinery for custom fabrication when required.
- Collaborate with team members on-site to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Millwork Shop or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Knowledge of trim carpentry techniques is essential.
- Familiarity with CNC operation is a plus.
- Strong ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods.
