Materials Control Specialist (PFEP Coordinator)

Materials Control Specialist (PFEP Coordinator)
- Estimated annual base pay: $59,000 (minimum) - $77,000(midpoint) - $94,000 (maximum)
- All members included in annual cash bonus opportunity.

- Inventory Management: Manage and oversee the tracking and maintenance of inventory levels to ensure the availability of necessary materials.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze production reports to track performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights for informed decision making.
- Schedule Adherence: Identify and resolve production constraints and delays. Monitor production progress and ensure schedules are followed.
- Coordination and Communication: Serve as a liaison between various departments, including manufacturing, engineering, procurement, and logistics to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve any production related issues.
- Inventory Management: Effectively oversees and maintains accurate inventory levels to ensure the availability of materials when needed.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail in tracking and documenting material movements and transactions.
- Organizational Skills: Organizes and manages multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently to maintain smooth operations.

- Analytical Skills: Analyzes data and inventory reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Technical Proficiency: Utilizes inventory management software and other relevant technologies proficiently to manage material control processes.
- Problem Solving: Identifies and resolves issues related to material shortages, excesses, or discrepancies promptly and effectively.
- Time Management: Prioritizes tasks and manages time efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain workflow continuity.
- Compliance Knowledge: Ensures all material control activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
