Job Description
The Teller/Backup CSR will be responsible for:
- Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service to customers, responding to their queries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Processing Transactions: Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, using computer-based systems to manage transactions and balance cash drawers.
- Maintaining Cash Handling Procedures: Adhere to bank policies and procedures for cash handling, balancing cash drawers, and managing ATMs.
