Job Summary:
We are seeking a full-time Bank Teller/Backup Client Service Representative to join our team at the Walmart Supermarket office in Woodsville, NH. As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while processing customer transactions efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Process customer transactions while providing superior customer service
- Offer products and services solutions to customers
- Provide account services to customers including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, selling cashiers checks, etc.
- Balanace cash drawer and ATM
- Scan teller transactions in preparation for electronic submission
- Order cash for branch or serve as backup for cash ordering
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to use and learn computer-based systems
- Cash handling experience
