We are currently seeking experienced Senior Project Manager - Construction to join the team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The items listed below represent some of the core responsibilities of this position:
Leadership, Management, and Accountability
Execution of the Project Management Core Processes, including:
- Project start-up
- Project schedule management
- Buyout
- Change management
- Pay applications
- Work-in-progress reporting
In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, the candidate will be responsible for managing subcontractor-related issues, maintaining project documentation, and assisting with quality control and safety management on assigned projects.

Candidate Profile
- Procore experience is a plus
- CMiC experience is a plus
- Oracle Primavera experience is a plus

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field with relevant experience
- Or Associates Degree/Technical Certificate with relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft O365 software
- Procore experience is a plus
- Viewpoint Spectrum experience is a plus
