Project Management
Konik is partnered with a growing specialty contractor who is adding a Senior Construction Project Manager to their team.
Senior Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead self and others on large scale projects
- Plan, execute, and deliver projects within budget and schedule constraints
- Promptly address any field or material issues related to projects
- Lead development of team and run complex and challenging multi-million dollar projects
- 10 years of construction project management experience
- Previous preconstruction or estimating experience
- Proficiency in Procore and Bluebeam or similar
- Strong values and passion for personal and team growth, as well as leading others
