One of the most beloved resorts in New England, The Woodstock Inn & Resort, is seeking Golf Course Equipment Operators to join the team at the Woodstock Country Club.

Surrounded by breathtaking panoramic views of the Kedron Valley, our full-service facility is open to the public and also features a Golf Shop, practice range, putting green, private lessons, and the Fairway Grill restaurant and bar.
Job Summary:
The Golf Course Equipment Operators will support daily golf course maintenance by performing hands-on groundskeeping and operating basic equipment.
Job Specifications:
- Expected Pay Range: starting $20.00 per hour
- The pay scale shown is the range that we reasonably expect to pay. Actual compensation offered may be adjusted based on a candidate’s qualifications and/or experience.
- Shift & Schedule Availability: Full-time seasonal starting in April 2026
- Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm and every other weekend 6:00am-9:00am
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate a full range of basic, specialized, and heavy equipment and perform groundskeeping tasks, including:
- Line trimming trees, shrubs, and course features
- Edging cart paths, sprinkler heads, and bunkers
- Ball mark repair and divot filling
- Utility vehicle operation
- Walk-behind mower operation on greens, tees, and approaches
- Blower operation
- Hand raking bunkers and general hand tool use
- Mechanical bunker raking
- Tractor operations
- Course setup and daily service preparation
- Operation of large rough mowers and out-front rotary mowers with attachments
Job Requirements:
- Must possess a valid drivers’ license & clean driving record.
- Must be able to lift and move 50 lbs.
- Prior golf course maintenance or landscaping experience required.
- Knowledge of safe operation of maintenance equipment including mowers, tractors, and hand tools.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
- Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
