One of the most beloved resorts in New England, The Woodstock Inn & Resort, is seeking Bartenders to join the team!
Job Summary:
Our amazing team of Bartenders demonstrate genuine hospitality delivering exceptional guest service by proactively greeting guests and providing fantastic beverages to all guests in the bar and restaurants.
Job Specifications:
- Expected Pay Range: starting $9.75 per hour plus tip pool
- The pay scale shown is the range that we reasonably expect to pay. Actual compensation offered may be adjusted based on a candidate’s qualifications and/or experience.
- Shift & Schedule Availability: Full-time year round
- AM or PM shifts
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare beverages according to recipe and specification.
- Serve food to bar guests.
- Maintains a visually clean and sanitized bar area.
- Washes and polishes all bar glasses.
- Completes all assigned side work to the standard.
- Completes payment transactions according to the standard.
- Manages a cash bank consistent with the current hotel agreement.
- Prepares daily financial and cash handling close out procedures.
- Ensures guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas and resort public areas.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Must possess superior guest service skills while working as a team player.
- Bartenders must adhere to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages.
- Previous bartending experience required with a focus on cocktail mixing and execution.
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds and be on your feet for up to 10 hours.
- Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
