Job Summary:
Banquet Bartenders are responsible for delivering memorable hospitality to our guests with genuine and personable connections and engaging service from the initial greeting to their departure. As a Bartender, it is your responsibility to understand the guest's needs while preparing the perfect beverages in a timely manner.
Job Specifications:
- Expected Pay Range: starting $8.01 per hour plus service charge
- The pay scale shown is the range that we reasonably expect to pay. Actual compensation offered may be adjusted based on a candidate’s qualifications and/or experience.
- Shift & Schedule Availability: Full-time seasonal positions available
- weekends and holidays
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages consistently and accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar, including setup and breakdown.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking.
- Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service guidelines.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- At least 2 years of previous bartending experience.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
