Ticket Seller (Part-time or Full-time seasonal)

The family-friendly terrain at Saskadena Six Ski Area sets the tone for a classic winter ski day in the mountains, with gentle terrain perfectly suited for beginners. Saskadena Six welcomes both skiers and snowboarders to its downhill slopes and a terrain park. There are 2 lifts servicing 28 trails ー 30% rated as beginner terrain, 40% as intermediate and 30% as advanced ー with the longest run spanning a distance of 5,280 feet. Rentals, repairs, lessons and a cozy base lodge are all available on-site.

Job Summary:

The Ticket Sellers are responsible for handling guest ticketing transactions with efficiency and accuracy while maintaining the high standards of customer service that our guests have come to expect.

Job Specifications:

• Expected Pay Range: starting $18.00 per hour
  • The pay scale shown is the range that we reasonably expect to pay. Actual compensation offered may be adjusted based on a candidate’s qualifications and/or experience.
  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full-time seasonal and part-time seasonal positions available.
    • 8:00am – 4:00pm, Wednesday through Sunday, must be available to work weekends and holidays.
    • Seasonal winter position starting in December 2026.

Job Responsibilities:

• As a primary point of guest service contact, tasks will be performed in a welcoming and professional manner.
• Ticket Sellers ensures positive, accurate, prompt, and courteous service, while helping guests select products that best suits their individual needs.
• Sellers work efficiently to conduct ticket and ticket-package transactions but are also responsive to positively answering or directing guest's questions/concerns (in person and on the phone).
• Additional duties include collating receipts, general filing, and conducting accurate cash outs.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• A professional and friendly personality is essential to this important service role. The right candidate will be able to maintain a pleasant, responsive, helpful and knowledgeable attitude while juggling many demands.
• Excellent listening/communication skills are necessary as is an ability to accurately perform basic math.
• Previous customer service experience, including cash handling, and general computer knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift and carry 30lbs.
• Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
