Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Manage floor care, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
- Conduct industrial cleaning tasks as required, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Assist with laundry services as needed, ensuring linens are clean and well-presented.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests with a positive attitude.
Requirements
- Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar role within the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred.
