We're currently hiring dependable and compassionate Teacher Associates for both full-time and part-time positions. Our Float Teachers support classrooms serving infants through pre-kindergarten, helping wherever they're needed while building meaningful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators.

Responsibilities
- Support infant, toddler, preschool, and pre-kindergarten classrooms as needed.
- Build nurturing relationships with children and families.
- Help implement engaging, play-based learning experiences.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment.
- Use positive guidance techniques to support children's development.
- Collaborate with teachers and administrators to provide high-quality care.
- Follow all health, safety, and licensing requirements.

Qualifications
Applicants must meet (or be eligible to meet) New Hampshire Child Care Licensing (CCLU) requirements for an Associate Teacher.
Qualified candidates must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Meet New Hampshire Associate Teacher qualifications
- Successfully complete all required background checks and health screenings
- Obtain or maintain Infant/Child CPR and First Aid certification
- Previous experience working with young children is preferred but not required for otherwise qualified candidates.
