What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fine Dining Server/Bar Man position at Woodside Restaurant?
Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Enter orders into the POS system and process payments
- Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
- Strong Cocktail & Wine Knowledge for Sales purposes
- Build & Serve Cocktails in Effective Time frame
- Assist with food preparation and plating as needed
- Clear and clean tables during and after guests have finished dining
- Provide excellent guest service, addressing any concerns or special requests
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing surfaces
- Manage a service bar while maintaining Guests Satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Fine Dining Server/Bartender is preferred
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work well within a team
- Strong Cocktail Knowledge
- Strong Wine Knowledge
