Role Overview

As a Server, you’ll be the face of our guest experience—welcoming patrons, guiding them through our food and beverage offerings, and ensuring seamless service across dining, lounge, and market areas. You’ll collaborate with bar, kitchen, and retail teams to create memorable moments for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service
• Greet guests warmly and guide them through menu selections
• Take orders accurately and deliver food and drinks promptly
•  Provide thoughtful recommendations based on seasonal specials and market items
• Cross-Concept Support
• Coordinate with bar staff on cocktail orders and timing
• Assist guests with market purchases and product knowledge
• Support transitions between lounge, dining, and retail experiences
• Communication & Teamwork
• Maintain clear communication with kitchen and bar teams
• Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care
• Participate in pre-shift briefings and ongoing training
• Setup & Cleanliness

·      Prepare tables, restock service stations, and maintain cleanliness

·      Follow health and safety protocols at all times

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in restaurant or hospitality service
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Passion for food, drink, and guest engagement
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail transactions
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
