Job Summary
You will manage the front-facing and behind-the-scenes administrative tasks of our busy remodeling office. This role is strictly in-office and requires a dependable individual who can manage paperwork, client communications, and basic scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls from clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical project files.
- Document Scanning and organizing
- Microsoft Office Suite tasks. (Proficient in Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word)
- Run occasional errands, such as picking up permits or office supplies.
Requirements
- Office Suite Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook is mandatory.
- Reliable Vehicle: Must have a personal car and a valid driver's license for local errands.
- On-Site Availability: This position is 100% in-office. Remote work is not available.
- Organization Skills: Ability to manage multiple files and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills.
