Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to user inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and concise information about our services and products
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our online chat platform
- Offer suggestions and solutions to users, ensuring a positive user experience
- Escalate complex issues to senior representatives or technical teams as needed
- Maintain accurate records of user interactions and issue resolutions
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as customer service and product development, to resolve issues and improve our services
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our services and platform
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first contact resolution (FCR) and average handle time (AHT)
Skills and Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong technical skills and ability to learn new systems and software
- Proficiency in multiple communication channels, including live chat, email, and phone
- Ability to work in a remote environment and communicate effectively with team members
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
