We are a well established crystal & metaphysical business with over 10 years of experience, and have a storefront in Hyannis. Our shop is the heart of our growing business, which includes fairs and festivals, wholesale and consignment, in store classes and an online store. We’re looking for a bubbly, self motivated team member to join us.
Sales experience is preferred but not required. What matters most is that you’re comfortable approaching customers, making recommendations, and tracking your own sales to help the store grow.
Position: Retail Sales Associate
Location: AliCat Jewels, Hyannis, MA
Hours: Part-time availability
Pay: $15 per hr commission, tips and bonus opportunities
What You’ll Do
✔ Confidently talk to customers and guide them through purchases
✔ Upsell on the spot to increase store sales
✔ Take initiative in keeping the store organized, stocked, and running smoothly
✔ Help track and meet sales goals to ensure the store thrives
✔ Work efficiently during slower times, there’s always something to do!
What We’re Looking For
✔ Sales experience is preferred but not required, but you must be comfortable selling
✔ Bubbly, outgoing personality and not afraid to approach customers
✔ Self-motivated and excited to track your own sales & push the store’s success
✔ Reliable and responsible, our store is the hub of our entire business, and we take dependability seriously
✔ Able to work weekends and holidays when needed
