- Provide receptionist services including answering multi-line phones, greeting visitors, data entry, and other administrative support duties.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Answering incoming multi-line phone calls and direct to appropriate person
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Knowledge of general office procedures and policies
- Multi-tasking
- Computer skills and knowledge of basic software applications
- Assist with accounts payable processing and data entry
- Assist with other administrative support duties
- Effective verbal skills, bilingual a plus
