Woodruff is seeking applicants who are reliable, hard-working team players to immediately fill open construction labor positions in Waterloo, IA. Woodruff has an in-house training program for candidates who show the desire to learn and develop new skills. This position will perform a variety of duties such as:
- Demolition work
- Earthwork and excavations
- Place and finish concrete
- Prepare layouts
- Erect framework for structures
- Install ceilings and walls
- Weld
- Signal operators
- Additional construction-related tasks, as assigned
