Job Title: Pavilion Server
Reports To: Food and Beverage Managers
Position Description: Responsible for greeting and seating members and guests, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Your attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills will be essential in this role. The position is seasonal, with an hourly rate of $12.00 plus gratuities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcomes members and guests upon being seated
- Ensures that all tables are set correctly in compliance with standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Responsible for the service of all members and guests in his/her station but also assisting teammates
- Takes food and beverage orders from members and guests
- Records orders properly and places food orders correctly into the point- of- sale (POS) system
- Responsible for obtaining the members’ signatures on the check, ensuring all checks are correct
- Advises supervisor of any complaints as soon as they occur
- Responsible for all assigned side work and cleaning duties before, during and after shift
- Maintains complete knowledge of the food and beverage products and stays up to date with any changes therein
- Manages special seating request of members consistent with table availability
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth dining experience
- Turns in daily gratuity report along with the server’s checks
- Performs any and all other duties assigned by supervisor
