Job Title: Camp Counselor
Reports To: Camp Director
Position Description: Responsible for ensuring safety, well-being, and enjoyment of campers by supervising activities, implementing programs while maintaining a clean and organized environment. The position is seasonal, with an hourly range between $18.00 - $20.00 depending on experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Counselors play a vital role in developing a positive, safe, and enriching camp experience for every camper
- Counselors lead the campers to activities throughout the day and participate with them in camp activities as required
- Address incidents including sick, injured or belligerent campers
- Counselors will occasionally talk with camper parents
- Counselors must be on the lookout for potentially harmful behaviors and situations and provide clear and concise information regarding camp safety
- Look for support and guidance for their responsibilities by sharing thoughts, ideas and challenges with each other and the Camp Director
- Performs any and all other duties assigned by supervisor
