Job Title: Dishwasher
Reports To: Executive Chef and Management Team
Position Description: Responsible for cleaning and organizing dishes, kitchen equipment and work areas. The position is full-time, with an hourly range between $17.15 - $18.00 depending on experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Operates dish machine
- Maintains clean, organized dish storage and washing areas
- Washes and stores all dishware, silverware, glassware, and pots and pans
- Keeps floors swept and mopped
- Polishes all chafing dishes, silver trays and saucers
- Cleans all cooking equipment, cutting boards, trashcans and recycle bins
- Sorts and arranges all shelves and stacking carts
- Empties all garbage and recycle bins
- Breaks down all boxes
