Woodlock Capital is a Charleston-based commercial real estate investment, brokerage, and property management firm. We focus on acquisitions, development, and management of retail and mixed-use assets throughout the Southeast. Through our vertically integrated platform — Woodlock Capital (ownership/investment) and Lockwood (management) — we provide investors and partners with a boutique, relationship-driven approach backed by institutional execution.
We are seeking a Brokerage & Management Assistant to provide cross-functional administrative support across our brokerage and property management businesses. This is a critical in-office role that will help ensure efficiency, organization, and execution across the firm.
What You’ll Do
Brokerage (50%)
- Maintain CRM of tenants, prospects, and investors
- Prepare LOIs, listing agreements, and marketing flyers (basic formatting, not design-heavy)
- Update listings across CoStar, CREXi, LoopNet
- Coordinate showings, broker tours, and deal follow-ups
Property Management (50%)
- Track vendor contracts, insurance certificates, and service schedules
- Assist with tenant notices, inspection coordination, and rent reminders
- Help assemble monthly reporting packages and support CAM/TICAM preparation
- Keep AppFolio and Asana task management updated
Who You Are
- 2–6 years of administrative or real estate office experience (brokerage, property management, law, title, or professional services)
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented; takes pride in accuracy and follow-through
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); bonus if you’ve worked with CoStar, AppFolio, Asana, or Canva
- Comfortable supporting multiple departments and shifting priorities
- Professional written and verbal communicator — able to draft polished client-ready documents
- Team player with a positive attitude who thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced office environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 (commensurate with experience)
